REGULAR FULL TIME STATUS, Employee Benefits Overview

This document is a summary of benefits. It does not take the place of Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD) or the Employee Handbook. Refer to SPDs and the Employee Handbook for benefit and eligibility detail.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurances:

As a regular status employee, working more than 30 hours per week, you are eligible for benefits effective the first of the month after your hire date. You must enroll before the end of the month of which you were hired in.  See SPD for details. Information regarding your coverage options and monthly premiums will be reviewed with you during orientation.

Holidays: Western Beverage Company provides six paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off: Regular full-time status employees accrue PTO time from first day of employement. The amount of PTO time received varies depending on the employee’s length of continuous service. 

0-4 Years of service - 12 days (96 hours), 5-9 years of service - 17 days (136 hours),10 + years of service - 22 days (176 hours) 


Retirement Account plan:  401K Match Plan

 Life Insurance: Employer-paid group life insurance


Flexible Spending Account: This program allows employees to have their portion of health care premiums withheld from their paycheck pre-tax.
